Refund/Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, simply contact the Customer Services Team on 01782 713650 and they will be able to guide you through the process. 

 

Cancellation of orders can only be accepted prior to the goods being shipped to the Delivery Address you supplied at the time of ordering. You can check the status of your order in the Account Section of the Website.

 

Orders that have already been shipped and left our warehouse cannot be cancelled once the status of your order is shown as ‘Shipped’.

Standard items may be returned in 'New' condition in their original packaging at the cost of the customer within 14 days.

Orders that are being 'Made to Order' may not be cancelled. 

Hygiene - Intimate products such as swimwear may not be returned.

Goods returned that do not qualify for a refund will be disposed of.

Please package all returned items carefully as refunds will only be made for goods returned in sale-worthy condition.

METHOD OF RETURNING GOODS

 

We recommend that goods are returned using Royal Mail's Special Delivery  or another reputable courier service .

Goods must be returned within 14 Days.

 

We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit.

 

You must not return items using "return to sender" as you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for them arriving undamaged and within the 14 Days. 

 

When returning an item please clarify the reason for return on the rear of the delivery note and whether a refund or replacement is requested. We cannot exchange items for a different brand or style.

 

REFUNDS

 

Refunds will be made on receipt of goods returned in accordance with these terms & conditions. The refund will be refunded back to the credit/debit card used when purchasing your items and no cash/cheque equivalent will be offered.
